Teaching economics for today's world
A new generation of digital teaching materials for economics education aligned with the Swiss framework curriculum (PEC 2024).
Why Econec exists
Closing the gap between curriculum reform and classroom reality
Econec develops ready-to-use teaching modules for economics aligned with the new Swiss framework curriculum (PEC 2024). Our goal is to help teachers bring complex economic, social, and ecological questions into the classroom through clear, flexible, and high-quality resources.
Teachers are facing a major curriculum shift. The new framework gives more space to sustainable development, civic education, and a plurality of economic perspectives. Yet in practice, many teachers do not have the time or tools to rebuild their courses from scratch.
